India vs England 3rd Test 2nd Day: England Reached 207/2 with Ben Duckett’s 133

India are bowled out for 445 runs on second day of the third Test against England at the Niranjan Shah Cricket Stadium in Rajkot. After that Ben Duckett scored magnificent unbeaten 133, which takes England to 207/2 at stumps on Day 2. Mohammed Siraj and Ashwin have picked a wicket each for India. England trail by 238 runs.

Today morning Ravindra Jadeja lost his wicket early to Joe Root. Before that night watchman Kuldeep Yadav also went to pavilion. Then Ravichandran Ashwin (37) and another Debutant Dhruv Jurel made 77 runs partnership. Debutant Dhruv Jurel scored 46 runs on his first test innings. After their dismissal India soon got all out of 445. Mark Wood got 4 wickets for England. Rehan Ahmed picked up two wickets.

Ravichandran Ashwin brought India’s first break through. As he dismissed Zak Crawley, Ashwin reached his 500th Test wicket landmark. Then Ollie Pope (39) and Duckett made 93 runs partnership. England continued their buzzball style. Ben Duckett’s unbeaten 133 has put England in control of the proceedings against India. India looked rattled for most parts as Duckett played all the shots he had in his arsenal. Though before the end of the day Siraj got pope through LBW, England still on the driver’s seat. They trail by 238 runs with Joe Root (9) batting alongside Duckett.
