Rahul, Jadeja back in Indian squad for final three Tests against England

KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja, both are back in Indian squad for final three tests against England. Due to quadriceps and hamstring injuries they did not participate in Vizag test which India came back to level at 1-1. Shreyas Iyer will miss the last three Tests of the five-match home series.

England opened the series with a win, while India came back to level it at 1-1 in Vizag. Though India missed Mohammed Shami, Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja due to fitness concerns. Virat Kohli was also unavailable due to personal reasons. Now Shreyas Iyer is not available due to injury. The 29-year-old batter complained of back stiffness during the second Test and has now been ruled out of the remainder of the series. Virat will also remain unavailable. But KL Rahul and Jadeja came back from injury. Rajat Patidar and Sarfaraz Khan have managed to retain their spots. Mohammed Siraj, who was rested from the second Test in Visakhapatnam, is picked in the squad. Akash Deep also has been picked.

India will play the third test against England from February 15 in Rajkot.
